TrueFlirt

Overview

TrueFlirt is an iPhone application that enables users to send fully interactive, virtual 'Flirts' to one another. Flirts combine fun and flirtatious social messages with gorgeous, 2D animations that respond to user interaction and make the most of the iPhone's innovations—tilting, multi-touch, high-performance graphics, animation and sound. TrueFlirt is the first iPhone app to be built using VixML.

TrueFlirt is available through the iTunes App Store for $3.99 (download) and comes preloaded with 10 interactive Flirts. A Lite version of TrueFlirt is also available at no cost, which allows users can receive Flirts and send 'FlirtBacks' (clever, preloaded multiple choice Flirt responses). The paid version of TrueFlirt is required to send Flirts.

Functionality

The basic functionality of TrueFlirt boils down to the following:

• Select a Flirt via browse/preview
• Send a Flirt (add a new contact or select from existing address book. Recipients are notified via SMS text message, so phone number is required);
• Get a FlirtBack from your Flirt recipient - one of 3 pre-defined, clever responses that are built into each Flirt
• Receive a Flirt via SMS text notification
• View a Flirt
• Send a FlirtBack
• View Inbox and Flirt History
• View and edit account settings

Content Requirements

VixML Creators are encouraged to submit new content for the TrueFlirt app. We'll be releasing new Flirts and Flirt Collections regularly. Please keep in mind that content submissions for this application must be appropriate with the theme of the app and fall into one of three Flirt categories: playful, romantic, or sexy.

Review criteria

To ensure that your creations are accepted for submission to the iTunes App Store as a new Flirt (or as part of a Flirt Collection), please bear in mind the following requirements:

• Flirts must maintain high audio and visual production quality
• Flirts must be engaging, leveraging the unique, interactive features of the device, such as tapping, shaking, tilting and blowing on the mic
• Flirts should be either Playful, Romantic, or Sexy in "theme"
• Explicit or pornographic language or content will not be accepted by either Viximo or the iTunes App Store
