Overview
The Viximo App Network is the complete set of iPhone applications released by Viximo to the iTunes App Store—all of which have been created using VixML by creators like you. All content and apps built using VixML will be sold, marketed and distributed as part of the Viximo App Network. All net* revenues generated from the sale of apps in the Viximo App Network will be shared equally between Viximo and the VixML Creator. (*Apple, Inc. keeps 30% of the revenues generated by all apps in the iTunes app store. Viximo and VixML Creators will share the remaining 70% of revenues equally.)
There is no cost to use VixML. Please keep in mind, however, that all submitted content will be reviewed by Viximo before submission to the iTunes App Store. Once submitted, each app is also subject to review by Apple, Inc.
Benefits
VixML Creators whose apps are accepted into the Viximo App Network will enjoy numerous benefits, including:
- Marketing, cross-promotion and PR leverage: The world will know about the Viximo App Network, we're seeing to that. With 80M+ media impressions in the last month alone, we're putting really money into getting the word out. From Facebook to the iPhone, you'll find our ads where the eyeballs are — and it doesn't cost Creators a penny.
- 50/50 revenue-split: Creators reap half the proceeds from every app sale. There are no upfront costs, so once you have your app ready to go, it's all gravy from there.
- Social features: We will be rolling out a slew of social features that you'll be able to access with VixML. Some of the first features on the list: take a picture & incorporate into an app, share state between app installs, see a world view & interact with app installs around the world.
- Simplicity: VixML was designed to give a designer a way to create iPhone content. There's no coding, so you don't have to be a programmer to figure it out. And if you do have questions, you have the experts at Viximo and your fellow VixML App Network Creators to fall back on.
- Sheer speed: With VixML, the time it takes to make your creation a reality is shorter than you can believe. Rapid development and rapid speed to market can take your killer app to the app store in no time.

Review Criteria
To ensure that your creations are accepted for submission to the iTunes App Store, app submissions to Viximo must adhere to the following requirements:
- high audio and visual production quality
- must be engaging: leverages some (or all!) of interactive features of the iPhone (such as tapping, shaking, tilting and blowing on the mic)
- compelling concept: captivates users from the moment they pick up the app and keeps them coming back
